The food here is great and fabulous, the rooms are neat with particularly nice views, and the location is fantastic and convenient with parking available outside.

The location turned out to be marvellous and perfect, close to the Carrefour Laval which is a great shopping mall and a fabulous shopping mall and exceptional dining options.

Everything is great here, had a such great stay on a business trip.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, the room was neat and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The room we had included climate control, a personal safe, and tea and coffee making facilities. The staff was absolutely courteous & affable. The food was great and we enjoyed the variety. The property's location was incredible, next to the carefour mall, illumi, and many restaurants, Laval for medical reasons and the center of Laval right next to the shopping mall. Tried some nice meals at Manchu Wok, located a couple of blocks away from the hotel...

Lots of goodies for breakfast. Best and efficient staff at all times. - Particularly good location in a very nice area very close to Laval attractions.

The Saturday night buffet and the music on Sat. evening playing the 50 and 60's music - the pool , sauna, steam room etc. room was clean quiet - our request for a non smoking close to the elevator room was met they got a 9.5 from us - thank you

the chamber maids had a difficult understanding our needs when asked for coffee and clean towels - many of them do not speak english and was a little difficult to communicate with them - also the Starbuck African coffee has to go - I love anything they call coffee - but this was terrible. thank you

The room we booked was extremely pleasant and spacious with a clean bathroom. The breakfast was nice and hot.- The staff was efficient and affable, offered good services.- It had a great and easy location, close enough to the Carrefour Laval mall, illuminations festival, and many restaurants with exceptional dining options.

To close to highway bit noisey, the decor should be updated, local calls are charged $1.15 for each call. Although the staff was polite they were somewhat distant, overall we did not feel welcome.

The Sheraton Laval Hotel is my top pick when staying in Laval. It's a modern hotel with exceptionally nice staff. The rooms are clean and well-equipped with conveniences like a laptop-compatible safe, central heating, and an iron. The breakfast options are sensational and offer a wide variety. The hotel's central location near a Metro station makes it convenient for exploring Montreal/Laval, and it's not far from a great regional mall.
